Our platform has zero tolerance for any activity that facilitates or promotes trafficking, including the solicitation of sexual services, forced labor, or exploitation of vulnerable individuals.

Prohibited Conduct

Users and merchants are strictly prohibited from using our services to:

User Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

We fully cooperate with law enforcement and authorized government agencies investigating trafficking-related offenses. Training and Awareness

Refunds

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Should a refund be issued, all funds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction.

Harassment

mymember.site/candidvr has the right to terminate a subscription of a member who acts in a harassing manner towards any mymember.site/candidvr staff or any other member. The grounds for termination can be purely subjective and based on the views of mymember.site/candidvr.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
