Tied and Tickled in the Dungeon

Archer finds himself in Dandy's Dungeon and knows he's in for some merciless tickling. He's so sensitive he giggles and squirms before she even gets her hands on him. With his hands cuffed above him, and his ankles strapped to a spreader bar, he's not going anywhere. When Dandy's had enough of tickling his sides, stomach and armpits, she ties him down even more, this time with strict rope, so she can get her long, red, pointed nails all over his vulnerable feet.
