Our Miriam is a famous bodybuilder. She has to train hard every day to sculpt her body, but today she can't because she decided to come to the Italoon location for a balloon shoot. So she asked herself, why not do both? Work but have fun. So the balloons became her weights and the location her gym club. Miriam invents a series of exercises to work all her muscles: biceps, triceps, quadriceps, knees, glutes, abs, and lungs—yes, lungs, because halfway through the video she does a nice blow-top on a 24" unique. By the end, she'll be tired and sweating like in a real workout of over 40 minutes, but doing fantastic mass popping, putting all her strength into popping every balloon.
