Mayla is the target of an organization, which sends Samantha to stop her. Samantha is skilled in fighting and is quite sadistic. She breaks into the apartment, takes off her pair of black leather gloves, takes white surgical ones and puts them on.

Samantha begins to tie Mayla to the chair. She starts to moan, so the woman takes a cloth and cleavegags her. Once the binding is finished, Samantha begins to sadistically play with Mayla. First, she puts an arm around her neck, making a strong grip. Then she takes off the gag from her mouth, but when Mayla tries to talk, she puts a gloved hand over her mouth and nose. As in the previous video where she fixed Pamela, Samantha proves to be increasingly sadistic and continues to gag Mayla with her gloved hand several times. Every now and then, she squeezes her neck with her hands.
