You know how a slave's **** gets real sensitive after he ****, and he doesn't want his mistress to touch it, much less stimulate it again? Well, I have discovered that "pre-*** torment" is a thing! It is perfect for that agony that makes it a pleasure to watch my *** Dispenser writhe and whine while exacting that *** tribute dessert he is famous for. I get so tired of stroking him and stroking him just to get a few drops of his delicious ***. So, I have devised a new torment that will work during the extraction process, and is even more diabolical after he ****. I shackled him to my weight bench and used a belt to secure his torso to the bench, and used a bungee cord to stretch his helpless ***** and isolate them from his ****. I then hooked him up to my trusty little tens unit - a small, but effective battery-powered e-stim means of torment. One metal conductive ring is fitted behind his whole *** dispenser and another one around the back of his **** head. I put some conductive gel around the rings to distribute the electricity through his whole ****, and hooked up a lead to each ring.
Once I attached the leads, I start turning up the juice until he gets real stiff. At that point, any time I touch it, it is like post-*** torment for him. It is sensitive as ****, and the slightest touch drives him crazy! And, he hasn't even *** yet. I give him small incremental increases, and I like to do it each time he begs me to turn it down or off. I used a back-scratcher to tickle and stimulate his **** even further.
As I make very tiny upward adjustments to the power-****, it makes him even more sensitive than the last one, and at some point, my pathetic CumDispenser can't stop himself from *******. When he does ***, I don't turn off the power, and he is helpless to do anything about it. That is when I get my *** dessert from his sensitive **** to add to his misery. His "stress ***" is the best, and I just love his screams! Now I can combine pre-*** torment and post-*** torment! Life is good.
Note: The electricity (e-stim) is real, so enjoy it, because *** Dispenser sure didn't.
