DMCA & Complaints Policy
It is our policy to respond to complaints, claims of lack of consent, and/or notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. General Complaints & Resolution Timeline
To file a complaint regarding content hosted on our network, please follow the process outlined below. We are committed to a swift resolution of all grievances. All reported complaints will be resolved within five (5) business days.
2. Lack of Consent & Appeals Process
We take the privacy and consent of individuals depicted in content very seriously. In accordance with our commitment to safety and legal compliance:
- Right to Appeal: We offer any person depicted in a video or other content the ability to appeal any decision made by the Merchant based on a claim of lack of consent.
- Verification Process: Once an appeal is triggered, we will, through a reasonable process, confirm whether appropriate consent was obtained.
- Mandatory Takedown: If consent cannot be established, or if the person depicted in the content can demonstrate that the consent is void under applicable law, we will take down the content immediately.
- Resolution of Disagreements: If we disagree that consent is void under applicable law, we will allow such a disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body, at the Merchant’s expense.
3. Live Stream & Real-Time Content Monitoring
In the event of live stream or real-time content, the Merchant maintains controls that permit it to fully control and allow real-time monitoring of the content streamed. This ensures that all live broadcasts adhere to our community standards and legal obligations instantaneously.
4. DMCA Notice Procedures
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our network infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Designated Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL);
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
5. Filing Process
To file a complaint or initiate an appeal regarding lack of consent:

- Supply the required information and links to the content in question.
- For lack of consent claims, you will be required to provide proof of identity.
- Once received, our team will investigate. You will receive a final resolution within five (5) business days.
5. Filing Process
- Illegal Activity/Minors: Direct links to the hosted content are required immediately.
- Lack of Consent: Direct links to the content and valid government-issued identification to verify your identity as the person depicted.
- Copyright Infringement: All six elements required by 17 U.S.C § 512 (c)(3) as listed in Section 4 above.
